Hollard Health is looking for a BI Developer to join their IT team. The role involves developing and maintaining data processes, automating reports, integrating data across business functions, and leveraging analytics tools like Power BI for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts to map and document processes while ensuring high-quality, efficient coding and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Automate reports and extract data from Hollard Health systems
• Ensure seamless data integration across business and partner systems
• Utilize Power BI and similar tools for analytics and business insights
• Understand and support business processes, including member changes
• Assist business analysts in mapping and documenting processes
• Perform post-development testing and implementations
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in coding and data processes
• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)

Qualifications

• BCom or BA in Finance
• Microsoft Data Engineering & Data Analysis Certification
• Microsoft DevOps Certification
• 5+ years of relevant business operations experience
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS data warehousing skills
• Knowledge of design principles (UML, ERD, Flow/DFD)
• Exposure to programming languages (Net C#, MVC) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Microsoft Planner, Power BI, Azure DevOps)
