Jordan HR is seeking a Test Analyst (Entry-Level) to assist in system testing, test case creation, and reporting. The role requires understanding systems engineering concepts, analysing processes, and supporting business testers.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases
• Perform basic test reporting during SIT and UAT
• Provide system training to super users and business testers
• Plan, organize, and support test case creation
• Coordinate test data creation with developers and testers
• Track and address new/changed requirements
• Ensure entry/exit criteria for test phases are met
• Monitor and resolve Production tickets in ServiceNow/ITSMNext
• Assist with configuration and monitoring of production app performance
• Update weekly/monthly reporting dashboards on incidents
• Be available for OPS support during the holiday season (on rotation/on call)

Qualifications

• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Ability to analyse processes from start to finish
• Experience in requirement review & static analysis
• Capability to analyze test scripts for feasibility
• Experience with technical test case creation
• Knowledge of reporting ops and customer support processes
