An opportunity has become available for a General Laboratory Assistant: Inventory and Processing. The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation, delivery and collection of blood bank hampers, routine bio-hazardous waste disposal and cleaning duties according to relevant SOP’s.

Responsibilities

• Blood hamper preparation, collection, packing received stock and stock count objectives Waste disposal objectives Daily Laboratory Duty objectives SHEQ Compliance objectives General function objectives

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and 1 Science subject General physical health and reasonable endurance and mobility Proficient eye-sight
