AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a twelve-month internship programme for the 2025/26 period. The programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in various fields while contributing to the organisation's sustainability and ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing baseline data to evaluate performance against set targets
• Ensuring accuracy and relevance of internal data for reporting purposes
• Maintaining the integrity of information on the monitoring and evaluation tool
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to track and assess ESG initiatives

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Science, Law, Economics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Commercial Engineering, or other Sustainability-related disciplines
• A Degree in Financial Studies, Accounting, Economics, BSc Information Systems, Marketing Management, or Business Administration
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
