To provide a complete secretarial and support service to the Deputy City Manager.
Responsibilities
Performs fast and accurate typing duties, co-ordinates, and controls incoming mail, undertakes routine correspondence duties and directs and controls telephone calls
Compiles and distributes agendas, takes minutes and attends relevant meetings
Maintains a confidential filing system as well as maintains and updates relevant Policy and Procedural records
Qualifications
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate
