The Product Development and Engineering team consists of software developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers who work collaboratively to build high-quality banking solutions. The QA Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of a Scrum development team
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, tech writers, and designers to ensure high-quality products
• Identify, document, and review defects with the development team
• Develop test plans and execute functional, performance, and security tests
• Escalate outstanding issues and testing risks to the QA Lead/Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in software development processes and QA methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum development cycles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate within a team
• Attention to detail and results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
