The Communications Manager is responsible for managing, executing, and implementing the Marketing Communications plan in alignment with the overall business strategy. The role involves working closely with senior executives and line managers to ensure effective internal and external communication, maintain brand reputation, and develop strategies to engage employees and influence consumers. The position also focuses on brand positioning, market insights, and communication initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communication strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage internal and external brand reputation through PR and marketing initiatives
• Create and oversee content for internal and external communication channels
• Monitor market trends, research consumer insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support marketing campaigns through communication and advertising efforts
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Degree in PR, Corporate Communications, or equivalent
• Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Psychology (advantageous)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in PR and communications within a business-to-business environment
• Proven experience translating business strategy into internal communications and PR campaigns
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Familiarity with digital and video communication methods
