A learnership program is available for those who have recently completed a 3-year commerce-related qualification and are looking to enter the banking sector. This program provides a solid foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding business principles. The practical universal banking exposure within the branch environment allows for a deeper understanding of the banking ecosystem, financial products, customer demands, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, participants will complete an Agile Banking Professional, Certificate in Banking at an NQF level 5, enhancing their knowledge and making them FAIS accredited, allowing them to unlock further opportunities in banking across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Have completed a post-Matric 3 year Commerce/Banking related qualification
