Our Graduate Development Programme is designed to build the future leaders of engineering! Through an exciting combination of hands-on projects, mentorship, and specialised training, we’ll help you develop the skills and experience you need to thrive in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving tasks
• Conducting research and feasibility studies to support ongoing projects
• Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress
• Supporting risk assessment and mitigation efforts
• Using engineering software and tools to create models, simulations, and designs
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues

Qualifications

• Be a South African Citizen
• Hold a minimum aggregate pass rate of 60%, demonstrating strong academic performance
• A genuine interest in the gas/manufacturing industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a team player who values collaboration
• Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or graduate programme, allowing full dedication to this Opportunity
