Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals
• Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment
• Develop and enhance features, APIs, and system performance
• Optimize high-volume transactional systems, ensuring efficiency, concurrency, and idempotency
• Ensure security and scalability in API development
• Solve complex problems with a customer-centric approach
• Work autonomously and contribute to team success

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in backend development using Nodejs and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience working in distributed, remote-first teams
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization, data migrations, and database modeling
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Proven ability to build scalable and high-performance systems
