Description

The Test Engineer will be responsible for testing software and hardware designs that impact products and services within the gambling industry. This role ensures product quality, identifies defects, and verifies regulatory compliance. The position is based on-site in Midrand, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of technical requirements and regulations
• Research, identify, and apply special rules or industry requirements
• Execute test methods to meet technical and client expectations
• Document test results and defects accurately
• Manage projects within budget and timeline constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in engineering, science, math, or other technical areas
• Certification, formal training, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Knowledge of C++ or other modern, object-oriented programming languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
