As a member of Emirates' cabin crew, you'll be the face of the airline, providing a positive and safe experience for passengers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction while delivering exceptional service in a team environment. Your role will go beyond customer service to include managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. The cabin crew receives world-class training at Emirates' state-of-the-art facility in Dubai to prepare for these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service, making passengers feel at ease while flying
• Lead and manage onboard safety procedures, ensuring all emergency equipment is accessible and functioning
• Ensure smooth management of all aircraft services during flights
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a cosmopolitan attitude that reflects the Emirates brand

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school graduate (Grade 12)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• (Additional languages are an advantage
• ) At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
• No visible tattoos while in uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
• Must meet UAE's employment visa requirements

Application instructions:

• Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month. Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour (based on 80-100 hours/month). Total Pay: Average total monthly pay of AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280).
