The Business Intelligence Analyst Graduate will play a vital role in creating standardized and customized reports and conducting quantitative analysis to support sales teams. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager – Prescription Division, the role involves analyzing, documenting, and managing Prescription data and information requirements. The analyst will also prepare technical reports and presentations based on collected data.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports to support informed business decisions and enhance sales strategies
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret sales data to improve productivity and inform solutions
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for enhancing sales force effectiveness
• Deliver tailored reports and strategic recommendations to support sales decisions
• Conduct analyses on brands and customer segments to track performance targets
• Work with sales and marketing management to define key performance indicators
• Provide comprehensive analyses, including trend analysis, regional data, brand rankings, and call analysis
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting and develop data/information models with preliminary system architecture

Qualifications

• Degree in Commercial or Sciences fields such as Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, or Statistics
• Business intelligence and analytics experience will be advantageous
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, models for analysis, and forecasting)
• Database management knowledge and ability to work with structured/unstructured data
