Description

Provide excellent customer service, maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards, and ensure operational compliance within a designated store area.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers with products and queries
• Safely merchandise bulk stock according to store layout plans
• Keep areas free of obstacles and ensure prompt stock merchandising
• Ensure safe merchandising practices for staff and customer safety
• Identify and resolve problems, escalating where necessary
• Make timely decisions within company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with one year of work-related experience, OR Grade 12 without work experience
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language
• Valid South African ID or work permit
• Competence in performing accurate basic calculations
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure
