Description

The Kwazulu-Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture hereby invites applications for internship opportunities that currently exist within the Department. Applications are invited from unemployed graduated youth residing in the province between 18 - 35 years of age with relevant qualifications. Successful applicants will be expected to enter into a 24-months contract.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  • Support onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of files
  • Assist in communicating and enforcing HR policies
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support the preparation and execution of performance appraisals

Qualifications

  • Degree/ National Diploma: Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology/ Labour Relations
