As a Sales Agent (Field), you will play a vital role in increasing the mobile customer base by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Represent the Hollywoodbets brand positively while assisting clients with account setup, resolving betting queries, and driving mobile marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent customer service and the ability to handle diverse personalities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with opening accounts and handling betting queries
• Drive sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services
• Promote mobile marketing campaigns and sign up new online accounts
• Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management
• Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract customers
• Ensure customers submit the correct FICA documents when opening accounts
• Show customers how to bet on the mobile application and use the sign-up bonus
• Maintain neat and tidy work areas to promote a positive customer image
• Manage and maintain mobile equipment appropriately
• Complete weekly Moodle, bet strike, and Voice Note Training tasks
• Roam between branches and stores as required for operational needs

Qualifications

• Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role is advantageous, Excellent customer service skills, Strong understanding of mobile and internet betting procedures and types
