Afrika Tikkun Services is offering a Youth Employment Service (YES) programme for 2025, designed for varsity and college graduates who wish to build their careers in the Sales, Admin, Technical, and General Work sectors. Participants will be required to perform various tasks related to their respective fields and fully commit to a 12-month program. This initiative aims to empower youth and provide invaluable workplace experience, opening doors to future opportunities. The programme offers 150 positions for motivated and eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Engage in workplace tasks aligned with your selected field (Sales, Admin, Technical, or General Work)
• Develop and enhance skills specific to the assigned role
• Commit to and complete the 12-month program

Qualifications

• Possess a Grade 12 qualification (mandatory), Pursue or have completed a tertiary qualification (advantageous), Strong customer service skills, Basic computer literacy, Administrative proficiency, Stock management knowledge, Technical skills relevant to the chosen field, Effective communication skills with clarity and confidence, Have not participated in a YES Programme previously
