Description

The role involves investigating, designing, implementing, and maintaining Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to provide accurate reporting and support data-driven decision-making. This includes building effective relationships with stakeholders and utilizing knowledge of data systems aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source data from various warehouses, marts, and online/manual systems
• Package data into user-friendly management information for stakeholders
• Develop and format new reports based on user requirements using multiple technologies
• Analyze data for insights and identify opportunities or risks
• Create customized performance and management reports
• Automate reporting processes and reduce redundancy
• Conduct special studies and recommend improvement strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Engineering
• Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Business Mathematics and Informatics
