Description

The KwaZulu-Natal Office of the Premier is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for a 24-month Internship Programme starting in 2025. The program aims to provide practical skills and experience, fostering competence and career development, and requires computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops
  • Preparing training materials, presentations, and resources
  • Scheduling and organizing training sessions, including venue and participant arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records of training attendance and outcomes
  • Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis
  • Supporting the development of new training content and materials
  • Coordinating communication with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with training policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support for the Training Support Services team
  • Assisting in managing databases related to employee development and training

Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in Public Administration
