Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

• Grade 12(Matric)
