As an iStore Sales Consultant, your role will focus on maximizing sales opportunities by providing customers with hands-on experiences of the latest Apple technology and services. You will approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver complete solutions, and create memorable shopping experiences. This position is flexible, requiring you to work 138 hours per month, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and assist customers with expert advice on Apple products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure memorable experiences
• Maximize sales opportunities through proactive engagement
• Stay updated with the latest Apple offerings

Qualifications

• Minimum: Matric Certificate
• Preferred: Sales experience (retail experience or product knowledge is an advantage)
• Passion for Apple products and familiarity with them
