The iStore Sales Consultant will maximize sales opportunities, ensure customers have hands-on experience with Apple technology, and provide comprehensive solutions. The role will involve proactively engaging with customers and using iStore products.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities in the iStore
• Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services
• Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs
• Present complete solutions to customers
• Create memorable experiences for customers
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Stay informed about iStore products and services to provide expert advice

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Matric certificate (equivalent to high school completion)
• Sales Experience: Preferably in retail, or alternatively, product knowledge would be an advantage
• Passion for Apple products: A genuine interest in Apple products and some prior experience with them
