Responsibilities

• your responsibilities will include active participation in training sessions that cover both theoretical concepts and practical applications
• Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you will contribute to various engineering tasks, gaining firsthand experience in problem-solving, project execution, and technical operations
• Collaboration is a key component of this role, as you will work closely with team members to support departmental objectives, foster innovation, and achieve shared goals

Qualifications

• Obtain a minimum Grade 12 qualification with Maths and Physical Science
• Secure at least an N3 Engineering-related qualification, with N5 or N6 preferred
• Achieve a minimum aggregate pass rate of 60% to demonstrate academic strength
• Be between the ages of 22 and 30 years
• Be a South African citizen
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in the gas or manufacturing industry
• Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Foster a team-oriented mindset and value collaboration
• Not be enrolled in any other learnership or apprenticeship program to fully dedicate yourself to this opportunity
• Reside in or near Pinetown for preference in the selection process
