Absa Group is offering a 12-month learnership program starting on April 1, 2025, for individuals seeking to build a career as a Virtual Financial Advisor. The program is open to unemployed candidates with a Diploma in Finance, with preference given to those who possess Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for both new and existing customers
• Provide individualized consultative service to enhance customer relationships, loyalty, and referrals
• Drive seamless fulfillment of sales and timely reporting on customer-related sales queries
• Investigate and resolve credit and fraud referrals or escalate as necessary
• Interact with customer segments to enhance the Absa brand experience
• Perform daily tasks according to workforce plans, making necessary adjustments
• Provide monthly reports reflecting insights into sales tendencies and patterns
• Comply with all internal and external risk and governance policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance (mandatory)
• Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification (advantageous)
