The QA Lead is seeking assistance to ensure these processes are functioning properly. Responsibilities

  • • Fighting Bugs: Consolidate system bug reporting for Monday

  • • Replicating bug scenarios to identify issues
  • • Reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends
  • • Quality Assurance (QA): Assist in new CRM features design
  • • Creation/review of QA scripts and Business Requirement Documents
  • • Monitoring Automation Processes: Regularly monitor CRM automated processes

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, Excel Knowledge, Contact Center Systems Experience
  • • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • • Detail-oriented and team player
  • • Requires stable internet connection and at least 2 screens
