Responsibilities

• Develop existing applications and contribute to the development of new applications
• Analyze and identify areas for modification and improvement in existing applications
• Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements
• Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures
• Use established change management programs to address identified issues
• Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications
• Perform routine website/application software tests
• Respond to call log processes to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues
• Implement required security measures such as data leaks, message encryption, and monitoring performance
• Notify security experts of any problems

Qualifications
