Mukuru is offering a 12-month Human Capital Learnership that provides practical experience and the opportunity to earn an FETC: Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 certificate. This learnership is ideal for individuals looking to develop essential skills and gain hands-on exposure in Human Capital.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks in the Human Capital department
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Onboarding and Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops
• Assist in organizing training programs and tracking employee development
• Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support the implementation of Human Capital policies
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Gather feedback and help improve employee satisfaction initiatives
• Data Management and Reporting: Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and performance indicators
• General Office Duties: Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other general office tasks
• Provide support to various Human Capital projects and initiatives
• Support to HR Team: Collaborate with Human Capital team members on various assignments
• Handle inquiries from employees and provide appropriate guidance or escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (Essential)
• Aged between 18 – 30 years
• Commitment to a 12-month training program, including practical exposure
