Description

The goal is to improve software quality assurance by combining automated and manual approaches. This is achieved through effective automation practices, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. The team will define test scenarios, prepare and oversee automation test cases, validate functional/non-functional test requirements, and prepare test data. They will also develop automated testing, create, execute, and maintain scripts to transition towards an automated test-driven environment. The team will also coach and lead to upskill team members as needed. This ensures the software meets and exceeds defined quality specifications throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• • 5+ years of manual testing experience, 1-3 years in automation testing
• • Proficient in programming/coding, Salesforce, Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), SOA, Object Oriented Design, Agile methodology
• • Experience in continuous delivery environment, non-functional testing, and performance testing
• • Reinforces appropriate testing environments and timelines with stakeholders/team

Qualifications

• • Education: Software Testing - Foundation Level through ISTQB • Tertiary qualification in Software Testing or IT
