Responsibilities

• • Lead requirements elicitation workshops for operational reporting and performance improvement
• • Assist stakeholders in prioritizing requirements
• • Obtain sign-off on specifications
• • Mine data for insights and validate hypotheses
• • Influence roadmap through data-based recommendations
• • Develop operational reports and run exception-based reporting
• • Validate existing reports and resolve issues
• • Understand operational intricacies and identify improvement opportunities
• • Create effective data visualizations
• • Generate regular reports on operational performance
• • Analyze process changes' success and effectiveness
• • Facilitate performance improvement by identifying operational gaps

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, BCom Computer Science or similar
• • 3+ years experience in Data, Engineering or Product Management role
• • Relevant Higher Certificate & 6 years experience in Data, Engineering role
• • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, and Automation - Cron Scheduling
• • High proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel / Google Sheets, Docs & Slides
• • Experience with large datasets and digital platform optimization
• • Beneficial retail or e-commerce and Supply Chain industry experience
