The role involves creating and updating technical test scripts for automated testing, maintaining existing scripts, and debugging automated testing results.

Responsibilities

• Technical Test Script Development and Service Delivery
• • Enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness through development of test scripts
• • Provide exemplary customer service through resolving queries quickly and effectively
• • Create and update automated scripts for regression testing and debugging
• • Maintain existing scripts and test packs
• • Comply with governance requirements for the Test Analysis Environment
• • Execute Quality Assurance processes during technical testing
• • Record and load Technical Performance Testing to prevent program errors
• • Analyze and execute logged defects and follow up on unresolved ones
• • Provide efficient service for the test analysis function
• • Continuously assess performance, seek feedback, and request training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• • Optional Software Testing Certification: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
• • Other relevant certifications: Certified Software Test Professional, Certified Software Tester, Certified Test Manager
