Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and secure sales
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Address customer objections effectively to close sales
• Stay updated on product details, promotions, and policies
• Record and update customer information and sales interactions accurately
• Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions

Qualifications

• Grade 11 qualification or Matric certificate
• Minimum of 6 months of outbound sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
• Clear credit history and clean criminal record
