Ensure that delivery trip sheets, POD and drivers are debriefed according to the Value Procedure. Reporting of driver incidents/accidents to Branch/Operations Manager. Report vehicle damages to the dedicated distribution manager.

Responsibilities

• Driver debriefing and trip sheet tracking
• • Vehicle key receipt and POD checks
• • Trackmatic debriefing
• • Handheld device management
• • Delivery paperwork preparation
• • Collection assignment and seal-to-seal procedures
• • Customer service ensuring debriefing meets required standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Computer literate (MS Word, excel, outlook, etc
• )
• Must possess sound local geographical knowledge
• Good written and oral communication skills
