Description

This position involves a fair amount of traveling countrywide. The individual will actively assist stakeholders with IT support and systems while working onsite or remotely. A reliable vehicle is required. Accommodation and fuel allowances will be provided by the company. Reporting will be to the Client Liaison Officer/s assigned to the client/s.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support and customer service
  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field
  • Identify and document customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure the security of networks and computer systems
  • Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders and line managers
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
  • IT qualifications (advantageous)
  • Technical expertise in IT systems and customer service fields
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
