As an HR Development & PMDS (Performance Management and Development Systems) Intern, you will assist the HR team in various functions related to employee development and performance management. Your responsibilities may include supporting the implementation and tracking of performance evaluations, assisting in training and development initiatives, and helping to maintain employee records. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures, particularly those related to performance management, and assist in monitoring the effectiveness of HR programs and systems. This internship provides exposure to HR best practices and offers hands-on experience in managing employee development and performance processes.
