Description

The Human Resource Development (HRD) Intern supports the HR team by assisting in training, learning initiatives, and employee development programs. They help design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and individual growth. The role is focused on building skills, identifying development needs, and creating opportunities for talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and coordinating training programs
  • Support learning management systems and track employee development
  • Conduct research on HR development best practices
  • Help in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing reports
  • Provide administrative support for HRD initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of training methodologies
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and HR tools
