RMB seeks an innovative Real-Time Integration Developer with expertise in the TIBCO product stack to join their team. This role involves designing and developing data and system integration solutions across RMB’s business units, focusing on integration using TIBCO EMS, BusinessWorks, API Exchange, and ActiveSpaces in line with the standards defined by the RMB Integration Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, reusable integration solutions and contribute to a collaborative developer community
• Maintain stability across technical platforms
• Execute data conversion, manage integration risk, and prepare integration architecture documents
• Automate regression test packs in line with standards
• Provide production support and resolve production issues on a roster basis
• Engage and build professional relationships with stakeholders across various levels
• Adhere to best practices, governance policies, and tool utilization within the technology domain
• Drive scalable, sustainable solutions, reducing technical debt
• Support team growth in skills and promote operational excellence
• Plan and manage workflow while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Uphold personal and professional ethics, transparency, and a cooperative work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of integration experience, particularly with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5x
• At least 2 years of server-side development experience
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns (synchronous/asynchronous messaging, message queuing, etc)
• Strong relational database experience with Sybase, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Understanding of middleware and data integration, UML modeling, and operating systems (Windows & Linux)
