Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and coordinate branch queues
  • Assist clients with ATMs and self-service transactions
  • Ensure efficient branch operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
  • Some client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments
  • Basic calculations
  • Interpersonal engagement skills
  • Communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interpersonal and relationship management
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Detectable fingerprints for Capitec's electronic banking system
  • Awareness of personal aspirations and willingness to learn
  • Bank branch operations and Capitec Bank products/processes
