Decision Inc. is looking for a dynamic Finance or Informatics graduate to join their Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A) team as an xP&A Consultant. Responsibilities

• Complete technical training and certification within the designated time frame
• Participate actively in internal training sessions and apply learnings
• Collaborate with mentors and managers on project deliverables
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and team members
• Deliver project tasks accurately and within set deadlines
• Establish a strong presence within the team and contribute positively

Qualifications

• Completed qualification in BCom Finance or Accounting, BCom Informatics, or similar field
• 1 year of work experience in a consultancy role (advantageous)
• Passion for financial planning and analytics
• Strong interest in technology and its role in finance
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
