National Ceramic Industries is looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join its Human Resources team as an Intern Human Resource Officer. This role provides the opportunity to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with the HR team in a manufacturing setting, helping to build a foundation for a successful HR career.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screenings, interview scheduling, and reference checks
• Onboarding Coordination: Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Employee Records Management: Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Training Organization: Help coordinate training and development programs
• Employee Support: Handle employee inquiries and offer administrative support
• Event Organization: Assist in organizing employee events and activities
• Policy Drafting: Aid in drafting HR policies and procedures
• Performance Evaluation Support: Assist with employee performance evaluations
• Exit Process Support: Support exit interviews and offboarding processes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in HR or a related field is advantageous
