Description

Nedbank is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to manage, customize, and maintain the Enterprise Service Management tool. The role focuses on ensuring the availability and scalability of the platform, supporting business processes and service management needs, and aligning with the bank's strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the ServiceNow platform for stability and performance
  • Configure workflows and forms to meet business needs
  • Support and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
  • Train and assist ServiceNow users and resolve recurring incidents
  • Identify and implement best practices and improvements
  • Create and update detailed records of configurations and processes
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance and security standards
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and agile methodologies
  • Proactive in seeking process improvements and staying updated in the field

Qualifications

  • IT Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow WSD, ITSM, and other modules
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • 2-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow (administration and configuration)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow processes and best practices
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
