Description

AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society, a 100-year-old company, invites unemployed South African graduates (18-35 years) to apply for their 2025 Graduate Internship Programme. Interns will work in a client-focused environment and gain valuable experience across various sectors within the company. The internship will provide exposure to customer service, product offerings, and client relations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers
  • Manage client inquiries at branches and document activities and outcomes
  • Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers
  • Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value
  • Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
  • Maintain client records and document processes
  • Identify potential client service concerns through post-service surveys and take proactive intervention steps
  • Monitor emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends
  • Recommend product improvements based on client feedback

Qualifications

  • Financial Degree
  • Accounting/Economics Degree
  • BSc Information Systems Degree
  • Marketing Management Degree
  • Business Administration Degree
