Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Manage and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
• Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and accessories
• Assist in setting up and supporting network printers and scanners

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• National Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
• Information Science or equivalent qualification
• A+ and / or N+ Certificates would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common software applications
