Description

The Kwazulu-Natal Provincial Treasury is offering a two-year program to help unemployed youth gain practical experience through structured, work-based learning. Running from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027, the program aims to develop job-related skills, with participants required to enter into a contract with the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing economic data and trends
• Support the preparation of economic reports, forecasts, and presentations
• Help analyze and interpret data related to market conditions, industry trends, and policy impacts
• Contribute to the development of economic models and simulations
• Assist in conducting literature reviews and gathering relevant research materials

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Economics
