Description

The Kwazulu-Natal Provincial Treasury is offering a two-year program to help unemployed youth gain practical experience through structured, work-based learning. Running from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027, the program aims to develop job-related skills, with participants required to enter into a contract with the department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Assist with the coordination and management of office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security
  • Handle scheduling and organization of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in managing and updating records and database

Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
  • Public Management
  • Library and Information Studies
  • Occupation Health & Safety Management
