Iress is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join our Trading and Market Data team. In this role, you will support data analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development to drive impactful client experiences. This 12-month program is designed for recent graduates interested in financial technology, particularly in trading and market data, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting client needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Solution Development and Testing Support: Collaborate with technical teams to transform requirements into solutions, participating in testing and creating detailed documentation
• Client Communication and Support: Assist in client communications, clarifying requirements, and contributing to training sessions to maximize solution value
• Continuous Improvement and Feedback: Participate in team discussions to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field (required)
• Interest and foundational understanding of financial services, trading, and market data (required)
