The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is offering a Supply Chain Internship Programme for 2024/2025. This internship is designed for a dedicated and motivated Supply Chain graduate without prior work experience who is interested in learning how to provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) unit and other GPF business units. The role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain functions while working closely with a professional SCM team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing suppliers from the Central Supplier Database
• Compiling and evaluating price quotations
• Conducting market research on products and services
• Assisting with procurement plans and quarterly report preparation
• Supporting tender management and bid committee participation
• Handling inventory management and monthly reconciliations
• Coordinating travel arrangements and monthly reconciliations

Qualifications

• National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
• or an equivalent qualification
