The Teller role involves processing bank transactions accurately, balancing cash floats, dispensing and receiving cash, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute cash transactions and manage cash float
• Dispense and receive cash, cheques, and other financial instruments
• Ensure adherence to fraud prevention policies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
• Identify sales leads and support branch sales targets
• Ensure compliance with risk management and cash handling procedures
• Maintain records and reconcile transactions at the end of the day

Qualifications

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
