The 2025 Graduate Programme is designed for individuals to learn, explore, and assist with long-term project work in the business through research, analysis, and ownership of specific work streams. Graduates will apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical, complex work environment, with the goal of contributing to the business’s continual improvement and gaining substantial experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving approaches, analyzing and implementing service delivery changes
• Produce reports, briefings, policies, and articles, and present them as needed
• Assist in implementing recommendations from property sectors
• Prepare business reports and communications tailored to the audience
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Contribute to business planning and participate in meetings and events
• Act in accordance with Growthpoint values
• Data analysis in the retail sector, including data collection, cleaning, and interpretation
