We need people who like to smile and be nice to others to help in our stores and make our customers feel special. There is stock control and admin responsibilities too, so this is a very nice entry level job from which to launch a solid career.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated in the store
• Stock Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining an orderly inventory
• Sales Transactions: Operate electronic shop equipment (such as tills, scanners, and card machines) efficiently to complete sales transactions accurately
• Administrative Duties: Complete necessary paperwork and manage any store-related administrative tasks as required
• Product Knowledge: Gain familiarity with the store's products to assist customers effectively and answer any inquiries

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Experience in shop electronics (tills, scanners, card machines, etc)
• Must be good at maths
• Stock control experience and computer literacy would help
