Reporting to the Global Marketing Promotions Manager, the Web Development and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and developing all company web assets to align with the brand and SEO best practices. This role ensures that assets are visually appealing, user-friendly, optimized for various devices, and adheres to a high standard of detail. The specialist will manage the design, development, testing, and updating of company web content, oversee project workflows, and maintain consistent brand messaging across the organization’s promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, testing, and updates of company web assets
• Coordinate resources for project completion, ensuring timely delivery of content and graphics
• Foster professional communication and relationships within the team
• Ensure consistency across promotional materials, including content and branding elements, in line with the corporate style guide

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar professional role
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
• Experience with mobile responsiveness and browser testing/debugging
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects, and/or video editing
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Previous experience in the mining industry is advantageous
• Ability to produce print-ready artwork for digital print
